BLACKPINK’s LISA Presses Play With Her Custom-Designed PlayStation Controller, Merch
The collection drops as she is set to unveil her new EP in October.
BLACKPINK’s LISA is leveling up her game as she collaborates with PlayStation for a special limited-edition DualSense wireless controller.
The new PS5 controller was designed with the K-pop star, who is an avid gamer herself. “I had a lot of fun adding in little details that I knew my fans would notice,” said LISA. Styled in a Chroma Pearl colorway, the limited-edition controller features an illustration of her iconic bangs and eyes on the touchpad, accented by bold “LL” lettering and her signature stars.
“I’ve always loved expressing myself through music and fashion, so this collaboration gave me a new way to be creative and to show a different side of myself,” the BLACKPINK member said. “I hope everyone enjoys it as much as I do.”
But the controller, which will be available in “highly limited quantities,” isn’t the only thing coming BLINKS and LILIES’ way. A merchandise collection featuring more of LISA’s designs is also slated for release, including apparel, hats, tote bags, keychains, stickers, a DualSense controller carrying case, and more. The capsule launches on October 30, with preorders for select items beginning October 2.
The LISA x PlayStation collaboration comes just in time for the release of the BLACKPINK star’s solo EP, Press Play, on October 23.
