This face-to-face gathering underscores the platform’s commitment to fostering real-world relationships alongside its digital connections.
Meanwhile, the Kumu Catalog highlights the platform’s most beloved streamers, giving the community a chance to recognize the talents and personalities that have shaped Kumu’s identity.
One of the most anticipated events was the Stream-a-thon, a full day of non-stop programming on August 25, featuring a variety of events that reflect the fun and dynamic nature of Kumu. The Kumuoke contest spotlights five talented singers from the platform, while the Kumukada Feud pits two Kumu agencies against each other in a series of playful challenges.
Another exciting event, the Kumukbang Challenge, features volleyball stars Jema Galanza and Ponggay Gaston, with proceeds benefiting a charity chosen by Jema. Wrapping up the day was the Kumu Livestream Awards, where top streamers were honored for their outstanding achievements and contributions to the platform.
